Phase 4: Upload Your Ride/Delivery History and Screenshots

As described in Phase 1 of the study, we will be collecting your ride/delivery history and screenshots. You will be able to view a preview of the data before submission. If you have any questions, please contact us at rideshare-study@cs.princeton.edu.

Please follow the steps below to upload your data.

Part 1: Request Ride History Data (if not yet completed in Phase 3)

If you have not downloaded your data yet:

Note: You only need to request data for the apps you have used.

(Note: Data requests typically take 24-72 hours to process)

Part 2: Upload Ride History Data

Email Address

Enter the email address you used when completing the consent form.

Please check the boxes next to each app you have ride/delivery history data for:

I have Uber/UberEats data to upload. (e.g., Uber Data.zip)

I have Lyft data to upload. (e.g., lyft_data.zip)

I have GrubHub data to upload. (e.g., grubhub_data.zip)

I have DoorDash data to upload. (e.g., doordash_data.zip)

I have Instacart data to upload. (e.g., instacart_data.zip)

We will display a preview of the minimized data you have uploaded below. Please check that the data is correct before submitting.

Part 3: Upload Screenshots from Phase 2

Note: You must submit your ride/delivery history files before submitting your screenshots.

Use the same email address as above.

Please upload up to 20 screenshots of your ride/delivery requests. For more information on what screenshots to upload, please see the screenshot guide.

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG.
